Italian Alternative Metallers DEMETRA’S SCARS can’t wait for the release of their eponymous debut EP – scheduled for July, 24th via Sheratan Records – so they decided to unleash a new video to pass the wait!

The band declared about the song: Going Through is about when we think our mistakes are labelling us when they shouldn’t. Mistakes are experiences we need to have to learn, but they shouldn’t define us as people. We are not our past, we are what we have learned. The song is based on the feeling that is experienced before this awareness, which often never comes.”
DEMETRA’S SCARS is a band formed in June 2015. After several concerts in small clubs, they released their first single Your Only Escape in 2017, and one year later they supported Jinjer and Infected Rain in their Italian tour. The band’s sound is fresh and energetic, combining elements from Korn, Jinjer, Infected Rain, Deftones, Alice in Chains, and Lacuna Coil.
