Last year, Majestica released their latest album titled A Christmas Carol; a pure symphonic power metal album based around the well‐known story of Ebenezer Scrooge from the Charles Dickens novel A Christmas Carol. It was inspired by the likes of Twilight ForceRhapsodyAlan Silvestri, Danny Elfman and John Williams. Today, the band have released their ‘A Christmas Carol – Extended Version’ album, which finally completes the story surrounding grumpy old Ebenezer Scrooge with two new songs.

The band commented: “It’s time to complete the A Christmas Carol story with our new single This Christmas alongside the release of the A Christmas Carol – Extended Version! This Christmas is an up-tempo song that has a bit of all the elements you can find on the album. Strong chorus, duo vocals, big orchestration, twin guitars and all the Christmas feelings that you need.

Finally there will be a vinyl version of the album, many asked for this last year and we really felt that it has to be released on vinyl!”

Due to delays at the pressing plant, the release of the vinyl version will follow at a later date as soon as possible.

Sadly, due to the ongoing pandemic, Majestica are forced to postpone their European tour that was planned for December this year. New dates will be announced soon.
