Simulation Game consists of 10 tracks produced/mixed by Tony Newton (Iron Maiden, British Lion, Airrace) and mastered by Ade Emsley (Iron Maiden, Steve Harris.

Iron Maiden founder and bassist Steve Harris commented: “I’ve been keeping an eye on Voodoo Six for a while now and they’ve produced a cracking new album with real promise. It’s great to support true British up and coming talent.” The new album was recorded & mixed at Harris’ Barnyard Studio.).

Founder member Tony Newton said of the new record and fresh start for the band, “It feels like this is the right time for us. We’re incredibly proud of the new material and can’t wait for people to hear ‘Simulation Game’ and also to join us for what are going to be some amazing live shows. We are really excited to sign with the new US label Explorer1, we always felt the band would do well in America.” The new album shows just why the band has gathered such a loyal following.

“Suddenly everything’s come together. There’s groove, pace, power, insistent songs, and some stunning musicianship. These outrageously catchy anthems that prove Voodoo Six now have what it takes to be massive.”

“Voodoo Six come bearing a hard, dusty-desert-driving dose of crunch’n’rock. Passion and technical proficiency aren’t lacking. Impressive solos and cool offbeat rhythms kick out in the rugged but rich sound they purvey.”

“One of the UK’s finest releases of recent years, Voodoo Six is currently flying high. Class dripping from every note, the band fires a continuous fusillade of great riffs and addictive licks. Expect this release to be topping those end-of-year best-of polls. Outstanding.”
