Swedish hard rock/metal outfit Vypera will release their second album, Race Of Time, on 16th June via Frontiers, with a first single and video from it for the song Hey You available now.
Consisting of lead singer Andreas Wallström, guitarists Christoffer Thelin and Cederick Forsberg, bassist Andreas Andersson and drummer Johan Pettersson, Vypera are hard rockers to the core. Emerging from the ever-fruitful Swedish rock and metal scene, they are yet another high quality Scandinavian offering.
Vypera received numerous positive notices for their debut, Eat Your Heart Out, which was issued in June 2022 and was a headbanging, fist-raising salute to ’80s hard rock.
Originally known as Madhouse, the group formed in 2016 and set about crafting original material to reflect their maverick rock ‘n roll and metal spirit. Influenced by the likes of Rainbow, Icon, King Kobra, London, Triumph and W.A.S.P., they have developed a signature sound that is played with immense pride, joy and panache.
