Brit newcomers, TALLBOY, are ready to carve out a prominent name for themselves with the release of their blistering new single and video, Name & Shame. Check out the band on Spotify and the new video is available below.
Hailing from Cumbria, England, TALLBOY dish up a sound that pulls together ballsy modern rock with alluring alt-metal. Despatching mammoth riffery, thoughtful arrangements, and raw and emotive vocal lines, the fast-rising five piece thoroughly ignite and engage their fans.
Already lauded for a live show that is relentless and charged with high-octane energy, TALLBOY are injecting something new and exciting into the alternative metal scene. Drawing influence from the genre’s heavyweights, they have inserted a bold, forward-thinking edge to their sound, and this sets TALLBOY apart from others in their field.
The powerhouse quintet have a raft of releases planned for this year. First up, the northern hard-hitters will drop their insanely hooky and ferocious new single, Name & Shame. Bassist Arron Ward-Twinney remarks: “This track is a raw reflection of facing truths head-on, embracing vulnerability, and calling out the system. The recording process was intense, fuelled by frustration and the desire for change, and the video complements this energy, blending rebellion with self-empowerment.”
Poised to become one of the hot new UK bands to break out to the masses, TALLBOY‘s trajectory promises to push the genre forward and leave a lasting imprint on the global stage.
