Dutch proggers THE DAME are bringing their unique 1920s-themed live show to the UK with a string of dates in February.

The short tour will be unusual in that they will be appearing alongside a selection of other excellent bands over the course of the shows, with different line-ups on different nights giving a welcome touch of variety. Each show promises to be a cracking night of prog rock excellence for sure.

The tour starts on Feb 24 in Leicester, with the following dates:

FEB 24 – The Musician, Leicester, with The Far Meadow

FEB 25 – The 1865, Southampton, with The Far Meadow

FEB 26 – The Robin 2, Bilston, with IT and Red Bazar

FEB 28 – The Old School House, Barnsley, with IT and The Gift

FEB 29– Nambucca, London, with I Am The Manic Whale, The Gift and headliners This Winter Machine

The Dame appeared on Rock Radio UK show A Saucerful Of Prog on 25 January, with a fascinating interview. The show is now available on Mixcloud to listen to at your leisure (The Dame section, including lead-in track, begins at about 35 min, in case you are short of time!). There is also a chance to win a pair of tickets, so listen for details.
