The Italian melodic/hard rock band Edge Of Forever is currently working on album number five which will be the follow up to 2019’s well received Native Soul and is expected to be out sometime early in 2022.

In the meantime, the revised version of the band has been in the studio to record a special set of songs which have been carefully selected from their back catalogue and given a new live airing. The digital EP features seven tracks with a running time over 31-minutes which shows the band in fine form giving the songs a new back to basics approach and adding some real power that only can be gained from playing live. These days, the band comprises original member and mercurial musician Alessandro Del Vecchio on lead vocals and keyboards with Aldo Lonobile on guitar, Nik Mazzucconi on bass and Marco Di Salvia on drums and they really are a dream team with Mazzucconi from Labyrinth, the truly outstanding Lonobile from Secret Sphere and Di Salvia from Hardline.

This is a great mini-live album from a truly talented hard rock band and perfectly sets up the eagerly anticipated new album which cannot come soon enough. The video of these recordings is also available on YouTube and is the perfect companion to the digital release.
